Belt Power LLC, a Shorehill Capital-backed distributor and fabricator of conveyor system components, completed the acquisition of Accurate Industrial Products, LLC on December 30, 2021. The transaction adds Accurate’s fabrication and distribution capabilities in the St. Louis and Columbus markets to Belt Power’s national footprint to support accelerated organic and acquisition-driven growth.
