Eventbrite entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Bending Spoons in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $500 million. Eventbrite stockholders will receive $4.50 per share, and the deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026 subject to regulatory and stockholder approvals.
