Berger Financial Group Acquires Dane Holdings, Inc.

Minneapolis-based Berger Financial Group acquired Dane Holdings, Inc., a Scottsdale and Sun City West, Arizona tax and financial consulting firm. The deal brings Dane's two Arizona offices and employees into Berger (which will rebrand the locations) and expands Berger's geographic footprint and in-house tax capabilities, raising Berger's total client assets to about $1.5 billion.
