Berry Global Group and Glatfelter announced the schedule and shareholder approvals for the proposed merger of Berry’s Health, Hygiene and Specialties global nonwovens and films business (HHNF) with Glatfelter. The spin-off and subsequent merger are expected to be completed on November 4, 2024, and the combined company will be renamed Magnera Corporation.
