Betco Acquires Multi-Clean in Asset Exchange with Minuteman

Betco entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Multi-Clean, a Minnesota-based commercial cleaning chemical manufacturer, from Minuteman International (a member of the Hako Group). In the same transaction, Betco will divest its powered equipment business to Minuteman, with the deal expected to close on July 31.
