Billups has acquired Outsight, a Brussels‑based out-of-home (OOH) managed services agency, marking the company's debut in the Belgian market and expanding its EMEA footprint. Outsight—an independent OOH specialist of 14 professionals that managed campaigns for over 150 advertisers in 2023—will join Billups' global network to enhance programmatic DOOH and localized OOH capabilities across Benelux and Europe.
