BioIVT acquired Tennessee Blood Services (TBS), a commercial blood bank and donor center based in Memphis, Tennessee. The acquisition expands BioIVT’s donor network and increases its capacity and control over fresh whole blood, plasma, serum and red blood cell supplies for drug and diagnostic development; financial terms were not disclosed.
