Bishop Street Underwriters, a RedBird Capital Partners portfolio company, acquired Aerospace Insurance Managers (AIM) from Hallmark Financial. The add-on expands Bishop Street's specialty MGA platform into the personal and general aviation insurance market; AIM — an aviation-focused underwriting team operating across 47 states — will continue to be led by Sean Kelley and Randy Kasen and remain focused on A+ rated coverage.
