Bishop Street Underwriters Acquires Landmark Underwriting

Bishop Street Underwriters, a portfolio company of RedBird Capital Partners, has completed its acquisition of Landmark Underwriting, a London-based specialty managing general agent (MGA). The deal expands Bishop Street's international footprint and strengthens its specialty underwriting capabilities across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific; financial terms were not disclosed.
