The deal brings Kinly's ~300,000-member community into Greenwood's ecosystem, expanding Greenwood's customer base and product capabilities to better serve Black and Latino consumers and small businesses.

The acquisition, which closed January 2, 2019, will expand Blackbaud's product capabilities in corporate philanthropy, workplace giving and volunteer management and adds roughly 155 employees and a large enterprise customer base to its portfolio.
