BlackRock Acquires Kreos Capital

BlackRock, Inc. has completed the acquisition of Kreos Capital, a London-based provider of venture and growth debt financing. Kreos’ 45-person team will integrate into BlackRock’s European Private Debt platform, with current Kreos leadership remaining in place to run existing strategies.
