Blackthorn.io Acquires Textey.io

Blackthorn.io has acquired Textey.io, a Salesforce AppExchange SMS solutions provider, to add native SMS messaging and Paylink capabilities to its event management and payments suite. The deal expands Blackthorn.io's engagement channels—enabling SMS-based payment links, improved event attendance and donation engagement—and integrates Textey's Salesforce-native SMS functionality into Blackthorn's product stack.
