Blue Compass RV Acquires Airstream of Virginia

Blue Compass RV, a national RV retail group, has acquired Airstream of Virginia and will build a new flagship exclusive Airstream dealership in Richmond, Virginia. The deal expands Blue Compass’s Airstream footprint (its 7th dedicated Airstream dealership and 14th Airstream location overall) and moves Airstream of Virginia to a new interim location in Woodford, VA pending a new facility opening in early 2027.

Bell Camper Sales Acquires Tulsa RV & Marine

Bell Camper Sales, a family-owned RV dealership founded in 1967, has acquired Tulsa RV & Marine in Catoosa, Oklahoma from Craig and Viktoriya Goldrich. Performance Brokerage Services served as the exclusive sell-side advisor; the location will be renamed Bell Camper Sales of Tulsa and the Goldrichs will continue to operate Joplin RV & Marine.

Camping World Acquires Travelcamp RV (12 Stores)

The acquisition expands RV Retailer’s footprint in California and marks the company’s 100th retail location, bringing the dealer network additional sales and service capacity in the Stockton/Modesto trade area.
