Bluebird Fiber Acquires Substantially All of Everstream’s Assets and Operations

Bluebird Fiber received U.S. Bankruptcy Court approval and then completed the purchase of substantially all of Everstream’s assets and operations for $384.6 million. The deal combines the companies’ Midwest business-only fiber networks, expanding Bluebird’s regional footprint and creating a larger enterprise fiber platform operating under the Bluebird Fiber name.
