BlueGrace Logistics, a Warburg Pincus–backed 3PL, has acquired STB Freight Group, a Northville, Michigan–based managed logistics and trucking provider. The deal expands BlueGrace's Midwest footprint and brings STB customers access to BlueGrace's managed logistics platform, multimodal services, and proprietary optimization technology.
