The combined company will be headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, employ nearly 2,400 people across 11 states, approach $1 billion in annual revenue, and expand BlueHalo's capabilities in electronic warfare, cyber, SIGINT/OSINT, and advanced R&D; the deal is expected to close in Q1 2024.

BlueHalo Acquires Ipsolon Research
