Bonterra (Apax-backed) Acquires Network for Good

Apax-backed social good software platform Bonterra (comprising CyberGrants, EveryAction and Social Solutions) has acquired Network for Good. Boathouse Capital (and other prior investors) partially exited their investment; the deal brings Network for Good’s donor management and fundraising SaaS into the platform to expand capabilities and product offerings for small and mid-sized nonprofits.
