Booz Allen Hamilton has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire EverWatch, a provider of classified software development and analytics solutions for the defense and intelligence communities. EverWatch will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Booz Allen and its capabilities—covering cloud, analytics, AI/ML, and TechSIGINT—are expected to accelerate Booz Allen’s delivery of mission-critical national security technology.

HelpSystems (now Fortra) acquired Beyond Security, a provider of cloud-based vulnerability assessment and management software, to expand its infrastructure protection and cybersecurity portfolio. The acquisition brings Beyond Security's vulnerability detection capabilities into HelpSystems' existing security suite (including Digital Defense, Core Security, and Cobalt Strike) to enhance capability across networks, applications, endpoints and cloud environments.
