Borderless Capital Acquires CTF Capital

Borderless Capital, a Web3-focused investment manager, has acquired Miami-headquartered quantitative crypto asset manager CTF Capital and integrated CTF's funds into its Multi-Strategy Fund V LP. The deal brings CTF's AI/quant trading expertise and an 11-person team into Borderless as it expands capabilities and plans LatAm growth with a new Argentina office.
