Bouthillette Parizeau (BPA) Acquires Cleland Jardine Engineering Ltd.

Bouthillette Parizeau (BPA) has acquired Ottawa-based structural engineering consultancy Cleland Jardine Engineering Ltd., adding 65 employees to BPA's team. The deal strengthens BPA's structural engineering practice and building science capabilities while expanding its presence in the Ottawa area and across Ontario; it is the first acquisition by BPA following an initial investment by CDPQ in 2022.
