Boyd Group Services Inc. has completed its acquisition of Joe Hudson's Collision Center for approximately US$1.3 billion. The deal adds 258 collision repair locations across the U.S. Southeast, increasing Boyd’s North American footprint by 25% to 1,301 locations, and is expected to drive cost synergies and improved profitability.
