BPOC launched Atlas Clinical Research, a therapeutically-driven clinical research site platform, and acquired Rochester Clinical Research (RCR) as the foundational site. PNC Erieview Capital provided an equity co-investment alongside BPOC; Oxford Finance provided debt financing and legal/financial advisors supported the transaction.
