BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions has acquired Sierra Packaging, Inc., a distributor serving the East Texas market. The deal expands BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions' footprint in Texas and adds Sierra's packaging, foodservice disposables, JanSan and safety product distribution capabilities to the platform; terms were not disclosed.
