Broadview Group Holdings, together with EXI Investment Partners, Certified's management team and other co-investors, has acquired Anaheim-based Certified Waste Solutions from Parallel49 Equity. The transaction positions Certified to pursue growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions to expand its recycling, recovered-paper processing and waste solutions offerings across Southern California and beyond.
