Brookfield Agrees to Acquire Reliance Worldwide Corporation

Brookfield, through Brookfield Capital Partners and with affiliate Brookfield Business Corporation participating, agreed to acquire 100% of Reliance Worldwide Corporation for US$3.38 per share in cash, valuing it at approximately US$2.8–2.9 billion on an enterprise-value basis. The scheme remains subject to shareholder, court, regulatory and other approvals, with implementation expected in the first quarter of 2027.
