Brown & Brown Acquires Substantially All Assets of Berry Insurance Group

Brown & Brown of Ohio, LLC, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., has acquired substantially all of the assets of Berry Insurance Group. The acquisition adds Berry’s Terrace Park and Lebanon, Ohio offices and team to Brown & Brown’s retail presence in Ohio; Mark Berry will continue to lead the Berry team and report to Brown & Brown's Regional President.
