Brown & Brown of Illinois, a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., has acquired substantially all of the assets of VistaNational Insurance Group, Inc. The VistaNational team will continue to operate from its Oak Brook, Illinois office and will join Brown & Brown's Retail segment; founder and CEO David N. Schwimmer is retiring.
