BRP Group, Inc., through its indirect subsidiary Armfield, Harrison & Thomas, LLC (AHT), has acquired substantially all of the assets of EBSME, LLC, an ancillary benefits-focused insurance agency based in Mount Airy, Maryland. EBSME generates approximately $1.2 million in annual revenue and will integrate into AHT/BRP Group to strengthen the firm's employee benefits and ancillary benefits capabilities.
