Appian Way Capital Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm, has acquired SBS Precision Sheet Metal, LLC, a Florida-based sheet metal fabrication and precision machining company founded in 1984. Madison Street Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to SBS Precision; terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SBS Precision supplies custom parts to military, aerospace and commercial customers.
