Buildout Acquires Apto; Riverside Backs Add-on to CRE Software Platform

Buildout, the commercial real estate (CRE) marketing automation software company backed by The Riverside Company, acquired Apto, a CRM and deal-management SaaS for CRE brokers, as an add-on to the Buildout platform. The acquisition expands Buildout's end-to-end CRE deal management capabilities and follows prior add-ons (Rethink, ProspectNow) to create an integrated, full-lifecycle solution for brokers.
