Bureau Veritas to Acquire Lotusworks for €375 Million to Expand Data Center and Semiconductor Platform

The acquisition expands Bureau Veritas’ Buildings and Infrastructure platform and strengthens its position in data centers and the semiconductor sector, with expected closing by summer 2026 subject to regulatory approvals.
