Buyers Edge Platform, a software and analytics company serving the foodservice industry, has acquired My Purchasing Partner (MPP), a UK-based purchasing/GPO for contract catering, healthcare, hospitality and leisure. The deal is part of Buyers Edge Platform's ongoing European expansion and follows a $1.1 billion recapitalization that the company intends to use to support platform innovation and strategic M&A.
