By Light Professional IT Services Acquires Raydon Corporation

By Light Professional IT Services, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital, has acquired Raydon Corporation, a Port Orange, Florida-based provider of virtual training and simulation technology for the U.S. Department of Defense. The acquisition expands By Light's modeling & simulation and virtual training capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed and Truist Securities served as Raydon's exclusive financial advisor.
