BYJU'S Acquires Tynker

BYJU'S has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Tynker, the leading K-12 creative coding platform, to accelerate BYJU'S expansion in the U.S. Tynker's co-founders will remain in their roles and the acquisition will combine BYJU'S personalized learning reach with Tynker's coding curriculum used by millions of students and over 100,000 schools.
