C3 Complete, a Delray Beach-based provider of technology, telecom, and information security services, has acquired TRACI.net, a Deerfield Beach communications services provider and Hosted VoIP/ISP operator. The deal expands C3's voice, Hosted PBX and SD‑WAN capabilities, broadens its channel presence, and brings TRACI.net's employees and customers into C3's service ecosystem.
