Cadre AS has acquired Bekk og Strøm AS, adding seven operating small-scale hydropower plants (total ~40 GWh/year) and a development portfolio of nine projects. The acquisition expands Cadre's operating portfolio (now >400 GWh), adds experienced staff, and improves geographic diversification in southern Norway as the company pursues a 2 TWh production ambition.
