CAI Software Acquires Maritech AS

CAI Software, LLC, a portfolio company of Symphony Technology Group (STG), has acquired Maritech AS, a Norway-based cloud ERP provider for the seafood and logistics industries. The deal combines CAI's ERP, MES and WMS capabilities with Maritech's seafood-specific solutions to expand product capabilities and accelerate international growth; Broodstock will remain an investor in the combined company.
