CAI Software acquired PlanetTogether, a provider of advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software for process and discrete manufacturers. The deal strengthens CAI’s manufacturing software portfolio by adding production scheduling, capacity planning, and constraint-based optimization capabilities. PlanetTogether will be rebranded as “CAI PlanetTogether” and continue to be sold and supported as a standalone product.
CAI Software, LLC (a portfolio company of Symphony Technology Group) has acquired Parsable, Inc., a cloud-native Connected Worker platform used by tier‑1 manufacturers for production, maintenance, quality, safety and ESG. Parsable CEO Matt Belkin will remain CEO reporting to CAI CEO Brian Rigney; Lightspeed Venture Partners and other existing investors will remain significant investors and David Lincoln of Activate Capital will join the CAI board.

Main Street Capital Corporation completed a $22.3 million follow-on investment (term debt plus equity) in CAI to support the acquisition and further growth of the platform.
CAI Software, LLC has acquired Radley Corporation, a developer of electronic data interchange (EDI) and data collection software for manufacturers and distributors. Radley will operate as a subsidiary of CAI and will continue to maintain its sales, support and development operations; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction closed on December 23, 2020.
Main Street Capital Corporation completed a $19.9 million follow-on investment in CAI Software, LLC to support CAI’s acquisition of a complementary business in the supply chain and warehouse management systems industry. The financing (approximately $19.5 million of first-lien senior secured term debt and $0.4 million of equity) aims to expand CAI’s customer base and service offering in ERP, MES and WMS solutions.
