CAI Software, LLC acquired Radley Corporation, a provider of EDI and data collection solutions, expanding CAI's ERP/MES/WMS and supply-chain software capabilities. Main Street Capital Corporation completed a $22.3 million follow-on investment (term debt plus equity) in CAI to support the acquisition and further growth of the platform.
