Calabrese Consulting Acquires Albeck Financial Services

Calabrese Consulting has acquired Houston-based Albeck Financial Services, combining two women-owned accounting and financial consulting firms in a deal effective April 12, 2022; terms were not disclosed. The combination creates an 80+ employee firm serving more than 350 clients, expanding Calabrese’s SEC reporting, SPAC and pre-IPO advisory capabilities.
