Caliber Car Wash Acquires Q Car Wash

Caliber Car Wash, a PE-backed express car wash platform, acquired Q Car Wash, one of the largest express car wash operators in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. The deal expands Caliber's footprint into Texas and brings Q Wash onto Caliber's membership-driven, environmentally conscious platform; financial terms were not disclosed.
