Candor Industrial Supply, Inc. has acquired Connor Fastener, Inc., a Macon, Georgia-based wholesaler of fasteners and related industrial supplies. The acquisition expands Candor’s geographic footprint and product offering across the U.S.; the sale was facilitated by IAG M&A Advisors and was executed by founder Michael W. Connor transitioning ownership.
