Canossa Events Acquires Cavallino Inc.

Canossa Events, an Italian organizer of classic and sports-car events, has acquired US-based Cavallino Inc., the publisher and organizer of the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic. The deal brings Cavallino’s long-running Ferrari-focused magazine and marquee US events into Canossa’s and the Motorsport Network’s ecosystem to support global expansion and new commercial opportunities.

American Event Services Acquires Canariis Corporation

American Event Services (AES) has acquired Riverview, Florida-based Canariis Corporation, a privately owned manufacturer of custom UL-listed packaged HVAC, plumbing and fire-protection systems. Canariis will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary under President Steven St. John (who retains a significant ownership stake); Tony Tauer has been named CEO of AES. The combined companies now operate four manufacturing locations totaling over 150,000 sq. ft. and about 165 employees, expanding AES's manufacturing capacity and distribution reach.

Foley Family Wines has reached an agreement to acquire Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery, including the Ferrari-Carano Estate Winery in Dry Creek Valley, the PreVail Mountain Winery, roughly 3,183 acres of land (1,223 planted acres), tasting rooms, residential properties and winery infrastructure. The acquisition expands Foley's portfolio of estate wineries and gives Foley control of Ferrari-Carano's award-winning brands, vineyards and hospitality operations.
