(operating as Chimoney), a Toronto-headquartered cross-border payments infrastructure provider, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The deal is designed to give CapitalSage immediate, regulated Canadian payments infrastructure and accelerate its Africa–Canada corridor ambitions while Chimoney continues operating within the CapitalSage ecosystem post-close.
