Capstreet, a Houston-based lower middle market private equity firm, acquired TOPS Field Services, LLC, a provider of turbine maintenance and outage services for gas/steam turbines, LNG equipment, and generators. The management team, including founder and CEO Toby Wooster, will remain with the business, and financial terms were not disclosed.
