CareMax Acquires Cardona Medical Center

CareMax has acquired Cardona Medical Center, the long-standing internal medicine practice of Dr. Antonio Cardona in Miami's Little Havana, adding the clinic as the 13th center in CareMax’s South Florida network. The acquisition brings Dr. Cardona and his staff into CareMax’s value-based clinic model, expanding access to Medicare Advantage services and additional patient support offerings.
