CareMetx, a technology-enabled hub services company focused on patient access to specialty medications, has acquired Human Care Systems (HCS) to add HCS's Resilix patient-adherence platform and services. The deal expands CareMetx's capabilities across the patient journey from initiation through adherence; HCS CEO Matt Hall will continue as President of HCS within the combined organization.
