Tencarva Machinery Company, backed by Bessemer Investors, acquired WWaterTech Services, Inc., a water and wastewater equipment manufacturer's representative serving municipal end markets. The deal expands Tencarva’s product portfolio and strengthens its presence in Texas and Oklahoma municipalities. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Constellation Brands Acquires Remaining Interest in HOPWTR
