The Carlyle Group Acquires IST Research and Two Six Labs to Form Two Six Technologies

An affiliate of The Carlyle Group acquired IST Research and Two Six Labs and combined them into Two Six Technologies, a high-growth government technology platform focused on cybersecurity, data science and R&D for national security customers. The combined business will be led by CEO Joe Logue and serve customers across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and other U.S. national security customers, with a global operational footprint and sole-source contract vehicles.

ManTech Acquires H2M Group

The deal (funded with cash and existing credit) adds roughly 180 employees and strengthens ManTech's GEOINT, imagery/FMV analysis and cartography capabilities to better serve the U.S. intelligence community, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
