Carlyle to Acquire ManTech International in $4.2 Billion All-Cash Deal

ManTech International Corporation entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by funds managed by global investment firm Carlyle in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $4.2 billion. Under the terms of the deal, ManTech shareholders will receive $96.00 per share in cash, representing a premium to ManTech’s pre-reporting share price and a 17% premium to the May 13 closing price.
