Carousel Capital has formed a new residential and commercial roofing platform and acquired covR (Denver, CO) and United Contracting and Roofing (Clarkesville, GA). The combined business will maintain co‑headquarters in Denver and Clarkesville, integrate covR's insurance‑centric restoration capabilities with United's retail and commercial operations, and will be funded by Carousel's sixth fund alongside rollover equity from the founders.
